Florence Development, South Shields
This was a proud moment for the company, securing our first scaffold contract. We found that new build developments are inherently fast-paced and highly demanding. Although we faced new challenges and obstacles, our team successfully adapted and overcame them throughout the project lifecycle.

Roker Park Road, Sunderland
This scaffold was erected to provide access to the face of the house along with a walkway to the chimney. The access was required to carry out remedial works on the property such as repointing the chimney, repointing the brickwork and painting the windows sills.

Whitworth Park Drive, Houghton le Spring
We opted for an eight-board wide independent scaffold, which is wider than the typical four or five-board structure. This decision was made specifically to provide comfortable and unrestricted access for the electrical contractor to carry out work on the solar panels. The additional width ensures that the contractor can perform necessary repairs and also allows for the easy removal and inspection of the panels, should that be required.

Roker Park Road, Sunderland
This scaffold was erected to carry out restoration work on the dormer window.
The customer initially expressed concern about placing the full weight of the scaffold on the flat roof. To address this, we implemented a modified design: we tied into the main wall on the left side using a band and plate system, and placed the other set of standards directly onto the internal partitioning wall.
The customer was satisfied with this solution and the work we carried out.
